Go to the MY ACCOUNT icon with your mouse and click on it. You will see the text: New here? Register now, click on it and then you will go to the page to register with us.
You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed and made ready for dispatch.
Send us a message with your order number and we will check whether the order can still be cancelled.
Do you have any questions or requests? Contact us right away. We are just a phone call away and happy to help.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This will contain the DHL tracking number, which you can use to track the shipment on the following page: DHL shipment tracking.
Sometimes it also happens that the parcel is ready for collection at a branch if no one was encountered during delivery.
If there are any other discrepancies with the delivery, just contact us and we will see how we can solve the problem.

You would like to return an ordered item within the 30-day return period? Please use sufficient shipping packaging for this and fill out the return form.

Unfortunately, you have to bear the costs of the return shipment yourself.
If you have received faulty or defective goods, please contact us in advance at: service[at]snohlex.com.
If we should request a return shipment in the case of a faulty or defective delivery, we will of course bear the costs for you. The value of the goods will always be refunded in the same way as your payment.
