Shipping information

Delivery is always made as an insured package with DHL & UPS. You will automatically receive a corresponding consignment number to the email address you have registered with us as soon as the consignment has been handed over. This means that you are informed about the status of your shipment at all times and can prepare yourself optimally for the acceptance of the package.

Delivery within Germany is free of charge for you. The costs for delivery outside Germany can be found here:

Insofar as no other period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods will take place within 1-2 working days in Germany (Germany), for deliveries abroad within 5 - 20 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you.

The calculation of shipping costs is only available if you have something in your shopping cart.
